in your wardrobe. A jacket, a pair of jeans, a denim shirt or even denim accessories are easy, effortless
ways  to vamp up  your wardrobe. So read on four these guide on why  you should be wearing denim
this summer.

Don,t Rule It Out

We know that just the thought of wearing denim in the summer might make out you break out in hot  sweat, but really, it,s not all bad. Denim is actually one of the most transitional fabrics around, making
it ideal to wear in both ssummer and the winter. It,s one of those materials that keep you warm in the
cold and cool in the warm. So you can,t really go too wrong here.

So  with that in mind, don,t rule it out. There are so many denim  options available,  so you should look opening at your wardrobe  upto a whole load of denim pieces to incorporate into your style this summer . From denim jackets to a pair of trusted denim jeans, we will explore all of the different options so you can see why you should be wearing denim this summer.

Find Your Fit

In my opinion the first place to start is establishing the fit of denim that suits you most. It,s about finding something that compliments your body shape as well as being comfortable. These are the two
main factors, which together will give, you your all time, go to item of denim.
There are multiple fits of denim available. Let,s start with jeans. Think of it as a fitting scale, starting from slim to large. This has nothing to do with your  body type , this is solely relative to  the style and cut of the  denim jeans. We have  skinny, slim-fit, straight leg, dad jeanss and white  cropped as the main containders. You won,t often find  anything other than these styles in the store.

Find Your Color

Obviously, denim is comes  in multitude of colours as well as a few different fits. The main denim  color is naturally denim blue. Known best for pulling off jeans. However the game always changin,  and coloured denim in the new in. We are loving denim jeans in black or white colourways. Denim jackets look great in White,Black, Grey.I have tried it myself. I often wear white denim jacket or sometimes Grey jacket with denim. If you were to wear a pair of black jeans with white denim jacket.

Find Your Staple

Finding  your denim staple is no walk in the park. every man has a pieces of denim clothing in their wardrobe that they swear by. For some guys; it,s wearing that pair of jeans that they can never stay from. For others, it,s that worn, in denim jacket that takes them to season to season. Some guys however, prefer to wear denim shirts  to layer up their outfits where others options for denim accessories to finish of an outfit.

WHY TO WEAR DENIM IN SUMMER?

It,s very rare to find no one wearing denim anytime of the year let alone age. Do we ever got bored with our denim wear. Yes we can and we do. The Denim material has been around for a long time.
It,s amazing how this powerful fabric still remains the most popular material out there.
Ever wondored where the word come from. It,s a french word 'De Nimes' which from nimes, where the first denim fabrics were made. Research shows from 2007,the woldwide denim market equalled US $ 51.6 billion.Wow hey. Have you ever thought where most denim is produced.
Over 50% of denim produced in asia, especifically China, India and Bangladesh. The trend in denim is all about layering and adding accessories to your jeans.

DENIM IN VOGUE

As you can see every person prefers denim to other fabric. Denim gives a unique look and enhance beauty who wears it.Trend to wear denim shirt with a suit or blazer. A classic denim shirt will relax the tailored suit jacket. By placing it under the linen-blend blazer. This is now redefining tailoring to a whole new level.

DENIM WITH DENIM

Personally no matter who you are, I think double denim is an overkill.  If you want to get someone off balance than go for it . By teaming with up some accessories you can soften the overpowering of doble denim. You can do it with braces or adding a hat to the combination.

ROLL UPS AND LOAFERS

This is nice to see in  the warmer month. Take care on your length of your jeans but be careful if you  have short legs. You can experiment with your denim in order to enhance your beauty with denim . Why we choose these types of things. Answer is very simple, to look unique. That too in  summer except this nothing can be a good option.

ACCESSORIES

Dressed up accessories will certainly update your look. Braces, Ties, Scarves or chunky chains certaily give an egde feel to your jeans. Your accessories expresses that how much fun you can add to your denim. Actually accessories are the best things to expres your feeling to people how you near to the fashion or trends lifestyle.

What is Silhouette?

Our impression of an outfit when it emerges on the catwalk is formed by it,s silhouette ,which means that we looks at it overall shape before have interrogate the details, fabric or texture of the garment.
Silhouette is a fundamental consideration in your decission making. Which parts of the body do you want emphasise and why. A full skirt will draw attention to the waist, forming an arroow shape between waist and hern. Wide shoulders introduce the same results and can also make the hips look narrower. The waist itself does not have to be fixed as it is automatically placed. It can be displaced through curved side seams for the raising and lowering of a horizontal  waist. The silhouette can also be  affected by using fabric to creeate volume around the body or  by makinng it close fitting to accentuate it.

Choosing the size of a shoulder pad or where the waiste is accentuated may seem like small decissions to make, but these subtle  choices abouut silhouette give your cloothes uniifying identity and stop them from becoming generic shapes.
Choosing the ssubleties of  silhouette and cut is essential, but some designers choose to  make shoulder statements by working far  more sculpturally on the body. Leigh Bowery was an Australian designer and performancee artist who died in 1994. He appeaard to be completely  unconcerned with convention or perceptions osf taste, possibly he never trained formally in fashion design. Bowery constantly experimented with his own silhouette, augmenting and consructing it,using boning, padding and even gaffer tape. He own displayed his own flesh.

The clothes would often fit because he altered the shape of his own body . It,s more about silhouette, alteretion then restriction.

DESIGNING AS A NEWCOMER FASHION DESIGNER

once your research has been collated .You can start work on design .But there is nothing more intimidating  than a blank page. The process can take very frustrating ; either when designs starts to come it can take a while before any of them sure very satisfactory .This is the natural part of a design process . Many early designs are  thrown away-and you might even begin to questions your abilities.
Don,t panic it takes time  to hit your stride. And after sweating a while over the page better ideas start to emerge. Explore every possibility that comes to your mind and discard nothing at this stage. You
might discover potential of an idea later on when you look back over your designs.

A designer,s identity or style comes with time, but as well as that, the clothes themselves need in identity or to form part of a vision in order to stand apart from the competition . The identity of a collection of clothes can be based on use of silhouette, detail and fabric for a singlle season . Certain elements should run through the designs to give them coherence . It could be where an armhole is  cut,the placement of a seam on the fabric  in a particular way or a  method finishing the fabric .
if these elements tie in strongly with your theme to work as a 'whole' you are on your way to making a real statement  with your designs.

how to wear a suit 12 steps

The secret to wearing a suit properly is understanding how it's meant to fit your bo Just remember that while fashions change year having a high-quality, classic suit can help keep you in style for a long time.

Part1
Nailing the Basics

  1. 1
Choose a charcoal gray or navy blue suit. Unless you are going to a funeral or black-tie affair, there is no reason to wear a black suit in the daytime. Instead, go for a classic-cut, neutral color. These suits will be more versatile and favorable for everyday wear. Most dress shirt colors will also match well with a dark grey or navy.[1]
    • Feel free to choose a subtle pattern for your shirt, just make sure it doesn’t clash with any pattern on your suit.
  2. 2
Check the fit of your jacket. The jacket should taper in at the waist to accentuate your shoulders. While the hem should fall where your fingertips end naturally when you have your arms at your side. The sleeves should also sit at the top of your wrists and allow a quarter to a half inch of your shirt cuff to show.[2]
    • For a better fit, visit a tailor to have the jacket fitted around your biceps.
    • Avoid lapels wider than three inches.
    • Also be sure to remove the brand label from the sleeve.
  3. 3
Make sure the pants “break” on top of your shoes. This is when your pants skim the tops of your shoes and create a crease. If there is no crease, it’s a good sign that your pants are too short. However, if you have a deep crease or multiple creases, it’s likely your pants are too long. To make sure you get the right length, try the pants on while wearing shoes.
    • If you are planning to wear a suit every day, buy more than one pair of trousers as they are likely to wear quickly.
  4. 4
Avoid pants with front pleats or cuffs. Pleats are a much older look that has fallen out of fashion. So rather than trousers with a front crease, go for a flat-pressed trouser, which will help slim your legs. Similarly, purchasing pants without cuffs will help elongate your legs, as cuffing makes them appear shorter.[3]

Part2
Choosing Dress Shirts and Ties

  1. 1
Wear your suit with a quality dress shirt. Though it can be hard to tell the difference from far away, a quality dress shirt will not only look better but feel better as well. You will have freer movement and the dress shirt will last longer. To make sure you are buying a high-quality piece, look at the crispness of the collar and check for clean stitching.
    • Also look at the paneling along the shoulders. If the shirt has a "split yoke," which is where the panel is made from two different fabric pieces sewn together at an angle, then it is likely to be better made.[4]
  2. 2
Go for a classically styled shirt. You can use the dress shirt to bring in pops of color to accentuate the suit or add personality. However, you don’t want to go over-the-top with patterns or bright hues. A fluorescent neon shirt is unlikely to go over well in a basic office job. Instead, try to stick to whites, blues, light purples, salmon, and grays.
    • If you are going to wear an undershirt, wear a v-neck so it doesn’t show under your collar.
  3. 3
Check the width and length of your tie. The standard rule is that the width of your tie should match the width of the lapels on your suit jacket. So, if your lapels are two-three inches, then your tie should be the same. You should also make sure that your tie partially covers your belt buckle. To do this, you may want to knot the tie to see how long it is when worn properly.
  4. 4
Stick to basic knots. The most common knot for a tie is the Windsor knot. This knot looks good with any suit and is common for everyday work attire. You can do either a half-Windsor knot or a full-Windsor knot. Though it may sound odd, a good way to judge which knot to use is to go off of the size of your head. You want the Windsor knot to match. For less formal attire, try a four-in-hand knot.[5]

  1. 1
Add a pocket square. Fold it so it fits snugly in the pocket and just peeks out of the top. This is a great accent piece to any suit and is a great way to add a bit of personality or character. However, your pocket square should not match your tie’s pattern or fabric.
  2. 2
Get the right shoes. For everyday wear, try dark brown shoes. These shoes pair well with both charcoal gray and navy blue. You can also go for lighter browns or tans if you are wearing a lighter colored suit. Loafers or Oxfords are the most common shoes to wear with suits, though you can change styles depending on the occasion.
  3. 3
Buy socks with proper length. While socks are a great area to play around with style, you always want to make sure they cover your ankles when you sit down. Your pants are going to ride up no matter what you do, so you want to make sure you aren't showing off any extra skin. Aim for pairs that sit halfway up your shin like argyles.
    • Feel free to mix up colors and patterns or simply stick to blacks and grays.
  4. 4
Choose a thin belt. A belt is a necessity for a properly fitted suit. However, you don't want a large, clunky item with a big belt buckle to overpower your look. Instead, go for a thin belt the same color as your shoes with a silver, gold, or bronze belt buckle. The simpler, the better.

5 pieces to invest in this spring

Fashion is what you make of it, I love this statement because it is so true, be original, be YOU. Spring Fashion along with Summer Fashion are some of my favourite types of fashion. Over the years I have learnt to manage my wardrobe and invest in some pieces for all seasons. Often items in Fashion go out of trend but it doesn’t have to be that way, you can always re-purpose them. That is what I love about Fashion, everything does come back around into trend.
Living in the UK I know Spring can be warm but 90% of the time it is not, we used to it. Often I spent every 6 weeks doing an inventory of my wardrobe and what needs to go. It was during the recent clear out that’s when I realised I needed to invest into some Spring items. Here are 5 pieces to invest in this spring and I believe can be re-purposed too.

Spring 2018 hasn’t been what we are used to, it has rained and snowed more than any other year. But then lately it has been really lovely weather with great sunny spells everywhere. It has been lovely waking up to good weather, topping up on vitamin D and good feeling. When it is warm, somehow everything seems to just click into place and everything is fun again. Here are some pieces to invest in this spring whilst the warmer weather lasts.

1.High-Waisted Skinny Jeans

Skinny jeans are such a staple item in a woman’s closet, we all have that one pair we love. High-waisted not so much as even though I love them, they sometimes cut of my circulation of food. But still they are an essential item to own and I have snubbed a few recently to invest into this Spring. I often pair them up with cropped tops or basic tops which I tuck in.

2.Sunnies for life

I am currently in Zagreb where the sun is out daily and the weather is much warmer than the UK. With me I packed two pairs of sunnies just because and I am embracing them big time. I have 7 pairs of sunnies all over my home and car, I need sunnies for life. In the UK we are always prepared for that little bit of sun so we can all donne our sunnies and enjoy the weather. Sunnies are items to invest in this spring and look good all year round so long as its sunny enough.

3.Straw Bag

Straw bags are now in fashion for than ever, my mother owned a lot of straw bags when she was young. They are definitely back in fashion and being used in full force, making statement outfits. I am hoping to invest in one this Spring as they are such a staple and cute item.

4.Denim shorts

During warmer Spring and Summer I basically live in denim shorts, every Spring I purchase a new pair. It is such a versatile piece to invest in this spring, you will thank me later. It doesn’t matter much which colour or type, it is nice to have one and style it how you like. I often buy black, blue {many shades} and once dared a mustard one which I loved.

5.Fedora for days

When it comes to buying hats, I am a fedora kind of girl all the way and just love to style them. Fedoras are my favourite types of hats a woman can wear casually or with smart attire. It is one piece to invest in this spring and can be used throughout the year. Such a statement piece that adds elegance to an outfit but saves me on a bad hair day too.

5 Men,s Wardrobe Essentials

Regardless of your budget, style or shape these classic pieces will transport you from day to evening, summer to winter and bedroom to boardroom with the smallest of efforts. It’s all about embodying a transitional style aesthetic through investing in clothes that will withstand the test of time and keep you looking sharp all year round. We’ve broken it down into five straightforward categories: jackets, suits, shirts, trousers, shoes and accessories. Read on to learn the wardrobe basics.

1. Jacket

The key to a simple wardrobe is to begin with the foundation, and in most cases that starts with a jacket. The type of occasion you wear a jacket to is detrimental to the style, fit and colour of its design. Above all else jackets are key in elevating a man’s outfit.

2. Suit

suit is perhaps the biggest investment for a man’s essential wardrobe. You can opt for either a two-piece or three-piece design in a variety of materials, colours and silhouettes suited to any specific occasion. And you can get it tailoredto your exact body measurements, ensuring a design that is unique and bespoke to only you.
Today suits have been reworked from the classic shape to include longline blazer designs, cropped trouser lengths, rolled cuffs and brocade suit jackets. But as we’re talking about only the closet essentials there should be two suit designs you should most definitely own that will carry you from work to play.

3. Shirt

A well-cut shirt can absolutely make an outfit shine. You’ll most likely see a shirt paired beneath a blazer or two-piece suit, but when the summer hits it’s a likely accompaniment tucked into jeans or chinos with a leather belt. Today’s classic shirt is just like that of a century ago, a traditional button down in crisp white cotton. Of course modern iterations of the shirt such as the grandad collar shirt, crewneck and longline shirt (bang on trend this summer) are also viable options.
Consider the fit when you buy a shirt. There’s nothing worse than a design that is too snug on the chest, or too short on the arms. If you’re broad shouldered opt for a design that has a central vent in the back to allow for more wingspan movement, and if you want or need to wear a tie always go for the classic collar shape.

4. Trousers

There are two important elements to consider when purchasing a pair of trousers – the waist and the leg length; everything else is just personal preference. Perfect them both and you’ll never have to worry about shopping for trousers again.
Trousers have been the single most important garment to have differentiated men from their female counterparts over the course of history. And while attitudes may have changed to dressing to specific gender roles the reason why we all wear trousers has remained the same – for utility and practicality.
Ideally you should always own two types of trousers in your capsule wardrobe, one that is ideal for evening and one for day. With that in mind the classic tailored trouser and the casual chino are wardrobe essentials.

5. Shoes

Shoes are pretty much the icing on the cake when it comes to styling any complete outfit from head to toe. Shoes can make or break what you’re wearing, and are an essential step to consider when you want to stand out from the crowd.
The great thing about a pair of shoes is that you can experiment with colour if you’re more prone to wearing monochrome shades, it’s a design trick picked up on by street style stars across the globe. As part of your essential wardrobe the key is to own at least two different types of shoes that are ideal for mixing and matching depending on the occasion. Formal options include a classic pair of leather Derbies or brogues, while high or low top trainers should be your go to for casual everyday wear – it’s your style agenda.

HOW YOU SHOULD BE WEARING DENIM THIS SUMMER

It does not matter how old you are or what your style is like. Denim will always plays a dominate role in your wardrobe. A jacket, a pair ...
